Shipping:

Items will be shipped between 3-5 business days after the payment is received in North America. International shipping is subject to take longer. Art by Chill Will promises to do his best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Art by Chill Will is not responsible for delays due to customs on international orders.

 

Returns and exchanges:

Art by Chill Will gladly accept returns and exchanges, just contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery and along with an attached note of the correct size you’re needing on exchange's. Damaged items not in the original condition you received them will not be accepted. If your item was damaged due to shipping issues, we are not responsible but will do our best to make it right. NFTs can not be returned, all sales are final.

 

Cancellations:

We don’t accept cancellations but please contact me us if you have any problems with your orders.

 

Copyright Infringement:

Any artwork owned by Art by Chill Will on this site must stay on this site. If you are caught stealing any art, you will be prosecuted in a court of law.
